Our Shipping Policy:

TrueKiddo.shop is doing everything we can to promote the safety and well being of our community as coronavirus continues to impact the world around us. 

Most of our warehouses are now working on a restricted schedule and with a smaller team. Therefore, you may experience a longer delay in order processing before your package ships out. We appreciate your patience and support. We also apologize in advance for any extra wait. 

Most of our orders take 1-5 business days to process before shipping (depending on the product ordered - it could take mostly 1-2 business days to process and pack, however, it will take longer if the items ordered are hand made or require a special custom designs). Please note that your shipping option cannot be changed once the order has been placed.  

Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update.  

Note: we currently do not offer international orders or shipping at this time.  This might change in the near future. For now, we sale and ship only in the USA physically (excluding any island or HI/AK).

Shipping Within the USA (excluding HI & AK) 

Standard Shipping (4-10 days in transit).  USPS Flat Standard.

Orders $49 and under ship for a flat rate of $3 within the USA*.  Many of our products ship for free even if they are under $50. Those items will always be marked with the words "Free Ship".

Orders over $50 ship for FREE:  Estimated delivery within 4-10 business days. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing on top of the transit time. Please note, FedEx and USPS are experiencing some transit delays. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. 

If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some FedEx orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your shipping confirmation email will provide you with a link to tracking. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your tracking link to update with movement. 

Ground Shipping (3-8 business days in transit)

Most orders ship with UPS Ground, but we may use a different shipping method to get your order to you as efficiently as possible $3 (for orders that weight between 0.1-14.9 LBS), and are within USA.  

Please Note: Most items take (3-5 days fulfillment time).

• USPS Standard = Free Shipping (3-5 fulfillment /4-10 Transit)
• Ups Ground Flat Rate = $3 (0.1-14.9 LBS)
• Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days in transit) / $10 Flat Rate within The USA. * Must contact Service by Chat, Text, Email, or Phone if this shipping option does not appear automatically at checkout so that we can quickly manually verify the shipping information and upgrade to expedited shipping manually. 

Ups Ground Flat Rate = $5 (15-19.9 LBS)

Ups Ground Flat Rate = $8 (20-24.9 LBS)

Ups Ground Flat Rate = $10 (25-29.9 LBS)

Ups Ground Flat Rate = $14 (30-40 LBS)

Ups Ground Flat Rate = $18 (40.01-50 LBS)

Ups Ground Flat Rate = $25 (50.01 & Up)

Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days in transit) - $10 Flat Rate within The USA.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will not ship until the next business day (as the earliest). Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO (if available),  and US territories cannot be expedited or can be subject to delays and/or return if not accepted by shipping company or delivery location and we do not recommend or be held responsible for such delays, returns, or rejected deliveries. Estimated delivery in 3-4 business days after order has shipped. We do not ship international or out of the USA including any US Islands (or Territories), Alaska, Hawaii.  

*Important Information: In the event of a faster delivery needed, please contact prior or right after the placement of the order, we are able to manually update your order (if needed) so that it can be expedited and ship within 1 day.  We will be happy to assist you with that.  However, this depends on the product been purchased (this can vary and is subject to change).

Overnight Shipping = We are sorry, but we currently do not offer overnight shipping at this time. this might change in the near future.
